Role: - Senior Associate Consultant ( Senior Manager-Records Management Operations )
Location: - Sydney
Status - 1 Year fixed term, extendable based on project requirement

JOB DESCRIPTION: -
We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Records Management Operations team, ensuring effective management and compliance of records management systems. You will be instrumental in optimizing processes, improving operational efficiency, and driving the development of best practices for the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the records management system (ServiceNow), ensuring operational efficiency and compliance.
- Author and update key records management documentation such as playbooks, standards, and guidelines.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by optimizing records management processes.
- Support the organization's development of knowledge and practices in records management, ensuring employees stay updated on best practices.
- Provide expert-level business support, liaising with subject matter experts (SMEs) to resolve complex issues and governance matters.
- Collaborate closely with Technology teams to address technical issues and enhance system performance.
- Develop and oversee reporting and data analysis for compliance monitoring.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Extensive experience in records management, with a strong understanding of retention, classification, and disposal processes.
- In-depth knowledge of records management policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven track record of authoring and documenting standards, guidelines, and procedural playbooks.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing operational teams and driving strategic improvements.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization.
- A keen eye for detail, with the ability to think strategically and drive process improvements
Bachelor's degree in business, data analytics/ computer science, statistics or related discipline
