Role: - Senior Associate Consultant ( Learning and Development Specialist-Records Management )
Location: - Sydney
Status - 1 Year fixed term, extendable based on project requirement

JOB DESCRIPTION: -
We are looking for a skilled person who design and develop learning materials and training programs focused on records management best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop learning materials and training programs focused on records management best practices.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content aligns with organizational objectives and regulatory standards.
- Deliver engaging and effective training sessions to a variety of stakeholders.
- Redesign and enhance existing training content to meet evolving organizational needs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvements based on feedback and results.
- Proven experience in designing and developing learning resources and training programs.
- Knowledge of records management practices, including retention, classification, and disposal processes.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver engaging training to diverse audiences.
- Experience collaborating with subject matter experts to develop effective and accurate training content.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) or other training delivery platforms is advantageous.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to tailor training content to meet the needs of different audiences.
Bachelor's degree in business, data analytics/ computer science, statistics or related discipline
