MANDATORY

- Accountant, Finance or related degree.
- Understanding of REPSE law compliance
- SAP or similar
- Excel (intermediate level)
- Office

MAIN EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
------------------------
6 months to 1 year previous experience in REPSE compliance
+1 years previous Accounting experience
+1 years previous experience in Mexico tax calculations and treatment.
Experience working in a Global delivery environment is a plus.

- Previous experience with the REPSE regulations and other applicable regulations
- Proactive monitoring of issues.
- Accounting skills, as well as Excel and reporting skills.
- Executes mandatory validation processes.
- Capable to work under pressure in a high speed ambience.
- Eye for detail.
- Accurate.
- Able to work as a team player.
- Proactive
- Able to communicate effectively with vendors and internal users.
- English mid to advanced level.

PROJECT ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
---------------------------------------
• Ensure that all suppliers and their subcontractors are duly registered in REPSE and comply with the obligations established by current regulation.
• Identification of periods of services received from suppliers through access lists.
• Usage of SAP Transactions for data revision.
• Validate REPSE registration of the specialized suppliers.
• Control and review compliance with the tax obligations.
• Keep the documentation related to the REPSE updated, and manage any incident or necessary renewal on a daily basis.
• Obtain VAT returns submitted by the subcontracted supplier corresponding to the period in which the specialized work was performed.
• Comply with Labor and Social Security requirements.
• Request quarterly statements submitted to social security and housing agencies from specialized supplier.
• Request amounts and amortizations of social contributions from employees participating in the project (tax receipts for payment of their worker-employer contributions to Social Security (IMSS) and payment of their employer contributions to INFONAVIT).
• Request a copy of the tax receipts for the payment of salaries of the workers who have provided the service)
• Validation of complete Declaration and proof of payment of Income Tax and Value Added Tax withholdings.
• Monthly upload and update of REPSE supplier lists
• Monitoring of KPIs

This position requires hybrid work mode and needs your presence in the office for at least 60% of the workdays every week.
