We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Power Platform Architect to join our team. As a Power Platform Architect, you will be responsible for the successful implementation, customization, and on-going support of the Microsoft Power Platform projects. Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing business requirements, configuring the system, and providing training and support to end-users. You will play critical role in enhancing our process, improving customer relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
Understand and analyze business requirements related to processes and translate them into technical specifications and system configurations within the Microsoft Power Platform. Customize and configure the Microsoft Power Platform modules which includes Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse. Design and Development: Architect, design, and develop scalable enterprise applications using Microsoft Power Platform tools. Governance and Standards: Establish technical governance frameworks, define standards, and drive best practices for managing tenants, environments, and users. Security and Compliance: Administer security and governance frameworks, evaluate dependencies, and propose data loss prevention (DLP) policies. Implementation and Deployment: Lead the implementation and deployment of Power Platform solutions, ensuring flawless delivery by coordinating with business and IT teams. Technical Assessment: Perform technical assessments to convert existing processes into Power Automate flows and lead migration opportunities. Training and Mentoring: Train, coach, and mentor Citizen Developers on best practices and development techniques. Integration: Integrate Power Platform solutions with other systems using Azure services, APIs, and custom connectors. Client Engagement: Develop proof-of-concepts (POC), proof-of-value (POV), and production deployments for client engagements. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education 10+ yrs of exp. in a Technology role working with Microsoft stack (D365 / SharePoint / Power Platform) Strong experience in implementing and customizing the Microsoft Power Platform components such as Model driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Pages & Power Virtual Agents, including BI reports. In depth understanding of processes and best practices with the ability to translate business requirements into effective system configurations. Proficiency in Power Platform concepts and methodologies, including Model driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Pages & Power Virtual Agents. Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex business processes, identify areas of improvement and propose effective solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Proven experience in delivering training and support to end-users, with the ability to explain technical concepts. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Relevant certifications in Microsoft Power Platform components such as Power Platform solution Architect will be a plus. Want more jobs like this?
