About the Role

iCapital is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Production Manager to join the Content and Storytelling team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing and producing creative projects for the Marketing department, including comprehensive 360 campaigns that encompass video, static, and digital components for both external and internal initiatives. The ideal candidate has a robust background in multimedia production, project management, and extensive experience in producing 360 commercial/B2B financial content.

Responsibilities

• Produce 360 content, including video, collateral, digital ads, fund launch kits, event content, marketing campaigns, etc.
• Oversee the entire production lifecycle from brief to delivery, ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce content, including assessing and defining project scopes, and working with agencies and internal creative teams to bring projects to life.
• Coordinate kick-offs and weekly production meetings to guide teams through the next steps of projects.
• Negotiate project estimates with agencies/freelancers and draft and review scopes of work.
• Onboard and train freelance consultants.
• Submit all content for legal and compliance review and act as the key touchpoint for all subsequent revisions.
• Identify and flag risks proactively that could jeopardize the project's goals and objectives.
• Ensure all content outputs align with brand and style guidelines.
• Develop production schedules, rehearsals, and talent bookings.
• Serve as a back-up tech support for studio productions, including media management and technical support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, video production, or a related field
• 7-10+ years of experience in multimedia production, creative project management, or a similar role within a production department
• Strong understanding of multimedia production processes, including studio shoots, post-production, graphic design, and digital content creation
• Commercial marketing/B2B experience working in the fintech or financial services industry
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of current trends and best practices in digital marketing and multimedia production
• Experience with project management software such as Monday.com and data asset management systems

Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $120,000 to $165,000.  iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
