About the Role

iCapital is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Vice President or Vice President to join our dynamic Annuity Platform team. This role will focus on expanding both distribution channels and insurance carrier partnerships for the iCapital Annuity Platform. This individual will work closely with the existing team to drive the acquisition and onboarding of new clients. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of a fast-paced, rapidly expanding organization.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate relationships with potential broker/dealer, bank, and Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) distributors, as well as prospective insurance company partners.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition onto the iCapital Annuity Platform.
  • Provide training to advisors, distribution home office personnel, and insurance company wholesalers on platform usage and features.
  • Collaborate with the Annuity Operations team to ensure the delivery of a smooth, efficient experience for all clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Series 6 and/or series 7 license is required
  • 6-10+ years of experience in sales support within the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of annuities and related financial products
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of independently resolving challenges
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams, clients, and external partners
  • Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, demonstrating exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Proactive team player with a positive attitude, willing to take initiative and contribute to a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

 

Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $105,000 to $150,000.  iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus. Employees also receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes an employer matched retirement plan, generously subsidized healthcare with 100% employer paid dental, vision, telemedicine, and virtual mental health counseling, parental leave, and unlimited paid time off (PTO).

We believe the best ideas and innovation happen when we are together. Employees in this role will work in the office Monday-Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday.
