Your Role and Responsibilities

Adobe Analytics Specialist:

  • Understand functional and technical requirements from clients
  • Understand the business context and apply core digital analytics concepts to provide implementation solutions
  • Drive implementation of tags using TMS
  • Familiar with Adobe Analytics implementation, should have worked on solution design, tagging plan creation and advanced requirement deployment
  • Act as liaison between the business units, engineering, and reporting teams to ensure the right data is captured
  • Provide technical expertise on analytics systems to drive towards consistency in delivery and optimized solutions
  • Think out of the box to devise solutions, or propose recommendations, that address client problems or opportunities.
  • Able to troubleshoot analytics tagging issues with common debugging tools such as Omnibug, Tag Assistant by Google, Experience Cloud Debugger, or others.
  • Prior Experience with providing Business Insights
  • Adherence to delivery timelines and contractual SLAs

Adobe Target Specialist:

  • Deliver against the website optimization and customized experience strategies across the website and other touch points.
  • Configure, administer, and operate Adobe Target to build Multi-channel campaigns
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and fix the configuration and integration issues.
  • Partner with the analytics teams on measurement across customized site experiences
  • Collaborate with product management, marketing, analytics team and fellow technologists to design, develop and deliver frictionless multi-channel experiences and end to end performance measurement.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to delivering custom site experiences
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, personalization, and optimization.
  • Communicate and partner with upstream and downstream teams regarding the execution against the desired testing strategy
  • Drive technical effort working with IT partners, site management and creative to ensure timely execution of testing and/or personalization cadence
  • Develop JavaScript, CSS, and HTML

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Adobe Analytics Specialist:

  • 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in implementing Adobe Analytics solutions for web and mobile application
  • Should have experience in implementing analytics through TMS tools like Adobe Launch
  • Expert in Digital Analytics implementation techniques using JavaScript, jQuery, JavaScript Object Notation (JSON), and DOM manipulation.
  • AEP Web SDK experience would be a plus.
  • Hands-on experience in creating solution design reference, tagging specifications, and data layer schema
  • EDDL and ADDL Datalayer Implementation experience a plus
  • Mobile SDK analytics implementation experience a plus
  • Perform tag and data validation
  • Prior Experience with providing Business Insights
  • Experience in creating reports in Analytics workspace
  • Experience in Adobe cloud manager/ cloud manager CLI, asset micro services, replication services will be preferred.
  • Experience in SSL/certificates/SAML/Ldap/ user migration between Ldap & Adobe IMS is preferred.
  • Experience with containerization orchestration tools such as docker & Kubernetes will be preferred.
  • Experience in planning for cut over activities, go live/cut-over and production deployment for AEM.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with high degree of flexibility and ability to adapt to change in direction
  • Strong knowledge of design patterns, Software architecture, Agile Scrum, DevOps

Adobe Target Specialist:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience working Adobe Target and good understanding of Adobe Marketing Cloud technologies
  • 3+ years working with A/B testing and other testing methods with site personalization efforts, preferably leveraging Adobe Target as a platform
  • Has experience to develop and implement A/B tests, multivariate tests, and segmentation strategies to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.
  • Working experience in HTML, Java script and CSS
  • Have understanding of A4T integration
  • Adobe Target Certification is must

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Prior experience with Adobe platforms like Adobe DTM, Adobe Launch + using Web SDK, Adobe Analytics
  • Data engineering Skills
  • Prior Experience with providing Business Insights
  • Ability to think on feet, multi-task, prioritize and work under pressure
  • Responsible, with a positive attitude and ability to work well with a team
  • Flexibility to work in different time zones to accommodate global projects (working hours - 6:30PM to 3:30AM IST)
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Master's degree in digital marketing or a related field.

Adobe Target Specialist:
  • Prior experience with Adobe platforms like Adobe Target is must
  • Prior Experience with providing Business Insights
  • Should be well versed with Adobe Target to design, execute, and optimize personalized digital experiences across web and mobile platforms
  • Ability to think on feet, multi-task, prioritize and work under pressure
  • Responsible, with a positive attitude and ability to work well with a team
  • Flexibility to work in different time zones to accommodate global projects (working hours - 6:30PM to 3:30AM IST)
