About the Role:

This role is within CrowdStrike's Commerce team, whose mission is to enable product-led growth through product trials and direct purchase.

The Commerce Analytics Specialist will be responsible for finding and fixing key friction points of prospects/customers for the commerce business at CrowdStrike. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience demonstrating a strong combination of analytical prowess and strategic thinking to optimize our demand funnel and drive impactful go-to-market strategies.

Our team is currently open to candidates in the US, with a strong preference for those in EST.

What You'll Do:
  • Utilize analytical tools and methodologies to extract insights from data, identify trends, and uncover actionable opportunities
  • Conducting comprehensive analysis of our prospect/customer funnel to identify key areas for improvement and optimization
  • Developing strategies & campaigns to target the areas of the funnel that have an impact on the business
  • Responsible for providing quarterly forecasts for campaign programs and monitoring weekly to identify where there may be risks to hitting target
  • Analyzing reports to monitor performance and ensure campaign success
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of programs, iterating strategies based on performance metrics and where you find opportunities
What You'll Need:
  • 3-5 years of experience strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis, interpretation and visualization using tools such as Excel, Tableau or similar platforms
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and precision in data analysis and reporting
  • Experience in a go-to-market function, with a proven track record of driving impactful initiatives and delivering measurable results
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically, solve complex problems, and develop innovative solutions
  • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Bonus Points:
  • Proficiency with SQL, Snowflake, Salesforce, Tableau
  • Experience in funnel management programs
  • Experience with eCommerce
