Service Planner

The opportunity

Manages or performs work related to integrating construction project conceptual, functional, and engineering design. Conduct technical and economic feasibility studies. Organize and coordinate solutions for the technical problems encountered in the professional design.

How you'll make an impact

• Work with the contract budgeting department to draft and sign planning and design contracts. Supervise and guide the implementation of planning and design contract work.
• Define, maintain, and control databases.
• Plan, monitor, and control the use of equipment and tools
• Ensure that the project follows best execution practices and company policies, monitoring and controlling project progress and the efficient use of resources.
• Monitor and control operational indicators and their reporting on the defined platforms.

• Completed university education in electrical and/or electronic engineering, business administration
• 5 to 6 years of experience with projects of varying size, complexity, and contracting methods
• Microsoft Project Management
• Microsoft Excel
• SAP/Oracle
• Intermediate English
• Knowledge of Incoterms and related topics
• Knowledge of key contractual clauses, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Knowledge of project organization and planning
• Knowledge of managing and controlling margins, costs, and operational KPIs
• Identification and treatment of risks and opportunities
