Service HSE Manager (m/f/d)

For our industrial plant based in Lodi we are looking for a Service HSE Manager.

How you'll make an impact

• Develop and implement policies and practices to identify and mitigate hazardous conditions within the workplace.
• Investigate accidents and liaise with field service engineers, service project managers and health and safety regulatory authorities to identify causes of accidents and prevent their recurrence.
• Provide advice and training on safety protocols.
• Conduct audits and inspections, inside the factory and onsite, to ensure compliance with organization and government standards related to employees' health and safety conditions.
• Maintain and analyze records of workplace injuries, illness and absences to identify areas of concern and provide information required by regulatory agencies.
• Conduct risk assessments.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related HSE fields.
• Previous work experience (2-3 years) in HSE management.
• Interest for the industrial field and service activities.
• Proactivity, attention to details and good communication skills.
• Fluency in Italian and English.
