To growing Project Team in Global Mobility area we area looking talent with first experience in the Global Mobility area or HR Operations matters to work as Project Worker Coordinator.

Focus of the role is administration support of the global mobility process.

It is opportunity to gain experience in Global Mobilty process & procedures, stakeholder & vendors management.

Resposibilities:

• Delivering support in international assignment process to Global Mobility, HR community, employees, and stakeholders.
• Produce all assignment related paperwork and related support documentation
• Service initiations, enrolments/terminations to third party vendors; this could include suppliers for: tax, immigration, destination services, Insurance and move services.
• Payroll instructions
• Invoice handling: review draft invoices, monitor and follow up, and whenever required, ad hoc investigations.
• Coordination of Compensation collection from Payrolls.
• Support counterparts in the Global Mobility Function worldwide in managing assignments
• Facilitation assignment life cycle
• Providing a high level of support for internal customers, with accurate and timely processing of information for all stakeholders, while ensuring that quality controls are maintained.
• Identifying opportunities for improvement based on feedback and experience.
• Communicating information regarding policies and standards on assigned processes to internal customers in a clear and concise manner to ensure understanding and adoption.

• A Minimum of 1 years of HR experience preferably with experience in managing global mobility matters.
• Ability to manage personal workload and support others where necessary.
• Delivery focused and able to work to tight deadlines.
• Good IT skills, and proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel.
• Should be comfortable working within an international environment and across diverse cultures.
• Excellent communication skills and a confident manner
• Proactive and have got analytical skills and good attention to details
• Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Fluent in spoken and written English; additional languages preferable
