Mission Statement: Deliver top-notch financial planning and controlling services by analyzing metrics, identifying trends and issues, communicating insights, and recommending actions to enhance financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Collaborate with the Country CFO/Senior Finance Manager on strategic initiatives.
- Partner with global & local controllers to analyze financial performance and propose improvements.
- Manage month-end closure activities.
- Resolve intercompany balance discrepancies.
- Ensure the accuracy of financial data and reports through reconciliation.
- Provide management with data summaries, reports, and presentations.
- Track and analyze capital expenditure budgets and actual spending monthly.

Knowledge and Skills:
- 2-5 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting & Finance.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with independent problem-solving capabilities.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of IFRS and the latest accounting standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.); knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
- Proactive with a strong commitment to quality and adherence to strict deadlines.
- Experience with SAP FICO is an advantage.
