Here at GXO we're looking to recruit full-time, permanent Warehouse Operative to join our Volvo team based in Stratford Upon Avon. You'll be required to work 40 hours per week on a Monday - Friday, on a rotational shift pattern covering the hours of 07:00-15:00 and 09:00-17:00.

What you'll do on a typical day:
- Safely and accurately tipping and loading vehicles for customer orders
- Picking and packing reworks accurately as required in line with the KPI tracker
- Using mechanical lifting equipment as required (training will be provided)
- Sorting and repairing various automotive packaging types including pallets
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Prior experience in a warehouse environment would be beneficial but not essential, as training will be provided
- Counterbalance license is desirable but not essential
- Good levels of communication, both written and verbal
- To be able to work cohesively and well with other
