We are seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team in Wellingborough. As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our warehouse. This is a multi-temperature environment, meaning you will be working across different temperature zones to store and distribute our products.

This is a full-time, permanent position with a shift pattern of any '4 days out of 8', covering the hours of 22:00 to 06:00.

What you'll do on a typical day:
  • Working in a multi-temperature environment (chill and ambient) while maintaining strict adherence to health and safety standards
  • Picking goods into totes and cages using a voice recognition system, and you will receive full training to ensure your success
  • Communicating with other team members and management to ensure efficient warehouse operations
  • Maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment

What you need to succeed at GXO:
  • Be comfortable working in a multi-temperature environment
  • Previous experience working in a warehouse (preferred)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to work in a team and independently when required
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
