We are seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team in Trafford Park. As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. This position involves working in a multi-temperature environment, meaning you will be responsible for storing and distributing our products across different temperature zones.

This is afull-time,permanentposition with a shift pattern of any ' 5days out of 7', covering the hours of14:00 to 22:00.

What you'll do on a typical day:
  • Work in an environment with different temperatures (cold and room temperature) while strictly following health and safety standards
  • Pick items and place them in cages and totes using a voice-picking system (full training will be provided)
  • Carry out a thorough verification of the stock to ensure its accuracy and condition
  • Communicate with other team members and management to ensure efficient warehouse operations
  • Support other areas of the warehouse as necessary
  • Keeping our warehouse clean and safe for everyone

What you need to succeed at GXO:
  • Be comfortable working in a multi-temperature environment
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to work in a team and independently when required
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
