Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in program or project management.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience collaborating with execution partners (e.g., multifunctional teams, product teams, executive communication teams).
  • Ability to connect with and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate customer feedback into product recommendations and influence product roadmaps.
  • Ability to lead strategic/ambiguous programs.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $105,000-$154,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Manage key strategic initiatives in a multi-year, leadership-sponsored program centered around upleveling user voice insights across gTech Users and Products (gUP).
  • Connect cross-functionally with stakeholders to understand current best practices and business challenges.
  • Leverage subject matter knowledge to design solutions that improve service offerings consistently across the organization.
  • Influence the adoption of new best practices, tools, and services through education and enablement, and design a User Voice Certification Program that will help onboard new User Voice Practitioners.
  • Advocate for users needs, understand their issues, and influence future solutions.
