Partner Sales Manager, Google Cloud (Korean)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development within the technology sector in Southeast Asia.
  • 8 years of experience with foundational cloud technologies (e.g., network, compute, database, middleware, visualization, etc.).
  • 6 years of experience with partner/channel pipeline development and management, and Go-to-Market strategies.
  • Ability to communicate in Korean fluently as this is a customer facing role in Korea.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience with the cloud ecosystem and presenting to executive audiences.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage business performance of partners, map partner capabilities and priorities to meet/exceed quarterly goals. Drive quarterly business reviews with key service partners and Google leadership.
    • Drive partner value propositions to Partner Sales Manager teams.
    • Drive executive connections with regional sales leadership and partner leadership.
    • Help partners grow their practice and product portfolio through joint development of solutions and services. Develop and provide custom presentations on Google Cloud Platform technologies to partners, to help them scale our joint business.
    • Drive partners to build a sourced pipeline, and ensure pipeline tracking accuracy and health.
