For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $128,480 - $192,720 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The Digital Power organization is looking for a Partner Sales Manager for the Northeast Region of the US to conduct B2B sales through our EcoXpert Partners driving IoT driven digital power solutions inclusive of connected products "meters", software & services. This key position will be responsible for identifying, developing and managing a thorough strategic plan for EcoXpert Partners within the Northeast. They will plan and execute sales objectives via their EcoXpert Partners in coordination with sales operations and sales staff. The Partner Sales Manager will serve as the primary communication point for the EcoXpert Partners and be responsible for leading monthly, quarterly and annual sales planning with EcoXpert Partners.

What Do You Do Every Day?
  • Work to acquire and develop new EcoXperts that will commit to promoting, selling, installing, and servicing digital power solutions
  • Focus on achieving sales targets and sustained revenue growth with assigned Ecoxpert Partners in specified region.
  • Manage the strategic plan for assigned EcoXperts maximizing lead generation, pipeline growth, and sales opportunities. Elements include:
    • Be their 1 st line of contact for all questions related to working with Schneider Electric
    • Provide and manage the EcoXpert Program:
      • Ensure thorough understanding of the overall program inclusive of opportunity, benefits and requirements of the program
      • Co-Develop with EcoXpert annual plan on what strategies will be deployed to grow new business in sales territory
      • Meet monthly with partner to work on sales funnel and meeting of program requirements
      • Provide sales support for partner's customer opportunities
      • Develop and support a customize training plan for EcoXpert Partners
    • Provide sales support on new and existing customer opportunities
      • Offer product hardware & software expertise
      • Coordinator with additional SE technical / management staff
      • Sales opportunity registration support
    • Competitive Intelligence / Knowledge: Be a resource to partner on key competitors, sales channels, Digital Power Portfolio

Collaborate with best-in-class distributors and or SE Digital Power Sales Team
  • Develop a strong relationship with digital power business development team & Inside Sales Team as well as the National Sales Force.
  • Complete required reports on schedule.
  • Follow Company procedures and policies.
  • Have a digital mindset around software, services & analytics
  • Manage expenses according to monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets
  • Manage escalation around sales and operations

A minimum of 3 years' progressive sales or channel management experience (managing teams of sales professionals) working with strategic customers in electrical distribution or adjacent industries.

  • Sets the vision along with EcoXpert Partner and co-develops business development plan to attain this vision.
  • A proven track record of success, demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets, and achieve rapid growth
  • Experience in electrical industry in United States, and its many channels.
  • Meet regularly with existing EcoXpert Partners and prospects within the region to understand their evolving business needs and position service solutions to meet surfaced needs.
  • Builds long-term, productive, and mutually beneficial relationships with existing customers and prospects.
  • Establishes an environment and foundation for sustainable future sales growth. Sells and coaches subordinates how to sell value and solutions to customers/prospects.
  • Strong technical acumen and demonstrate good knowledge in selling complex technologies/systems.
  • Minimum of BS/BA degree preferred or technical discipline. Advance degree a plus but not required.
  • Ability to travel minimum of 30-35% (estimated)
