Job Description Summary
You will work as a Sr. Technical Product Manager for Marketing web applications, tools and technologies, in partnership with Marketing, Brand and Design stakeholders to gather functional requirements and lead front-end and back-end application design, development and delivery, in collaboration with developers, QA Engineers and Product owners. You will be accountable for Grooming, development & implementation, resulting in secure, high quality and smoother releases; with the goal of driving faster time to production and fewer escaped defects.
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Work with Commercial Marketing business stakeholders, Brand champions, Design teams to collect business requirements and KPI's to perform technical grooming and to distill business requirements into releasable features.
- Collaboratively define Personas, Journey Maps, etc. that will be used to guide systems design and prioritize systems capabilities.
- Utilize Design Thinking and business process modeling techniques to facilitate feature / story definition. Act as the functional subject matter expert in the assigned domain from IT team.
- Own and drive Drupal and Marketing technologies Solution Architecture.
- Responsible for the over-all success of the Digital Technology WEB team.
- Drive Agile cadences.
- Analyze and optimize process to reduce waste and increase solution effectiveness.
- Engages frequently with the development team; facilitates discussions, provides clarification, story acceptance and refinement, testing and validation; contributes to design activities and decisions.
- Define success metrics for key capabilities and releases; on a monthly/quarterly basis analyze how the product is performing against established KPI's.
- Work with QA leads to help ensure appropriate QA test coverage and support QA automation pipeline buildout.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or STEM" Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
- 8 years of professional experience in product management, business analysis and requirements definition supporting a systems implementation lifecycle
- 5+ years of previous experience with Drupal CMS, SEO, Analytics, UX/UI and Digital Marketing tools.
- Prior experience as a Full stack developer in marketing technologies
- Experience driving Agile teams implementing web / mobile / eCommerce solutions.
- Must have had experience launching Digital Marketing Websites from ground-up.
- Must have had experience leading workshops.
