Job Description Summary
As a member of the HR Technology team, the Senior Technical Product Manager - Workday Recruiting and Onboarding TPM is responsible for all aspects (planning, forecasting, budgeting, and production releases) of the successful delivery of the Workday Recruiting product throughout its lifecycle. You will have the responsibility to partner with business customers to clearly develop and communicate a strategic vision and product roadmap, as well as guide cross-functional teams to deliver product features and functions by balancing customer need with business strategy, minimized defects, and technical debt.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Workday Recruiting, Onboarding and Talent functionalities and integrations.
- Evaluate Workday weekly and bi-annual releases and coordinate with product teams for feature adoption.
- Provide and evaluate technical solutions for new requirements and enhancements for Workday Recruiting and Talent module.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Workday Recruiting, Onboarding and Talent processes, procedures, and configurations.
- Generate and analyze reports to support HR decision-making and compliance requirements.
- Ensure that regional HR practices and system configurations comply with local labor laws and regulations.
- Monitor reasonable usage of WD support hours by vendors.
- Coordinate changes with vendor ATS like Phenom and HireVue.
- Support the Talent Acquisition teams with issue resolution and queries.
- Mass load data in Workday.
- Demonstrates superior persuasion and influencing skills that ensure alignment between customer, product manager and development teams.
- Defines Product Vision and Roadmap.
- Collects Customer feedback.
- Manages Product Data Risk and Security.
- Owns the releases and sprint backlogs.
- Prioritizes continuously in accordance with the understanding and validation of customer problems and needs.
- Demonstrates strategic-level skills in problem solving and ability to navigate through ambiguity.

Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with advanced experience.
- A minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in Workday Recruiting, Onboarding and Talent.
Desired Characteristics
Technical Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of Workday Recruiting, Talent, and external Applicant Tracking Systems like Phenom and HireVue.
- Familiarity with Workday Reporting.
- Knowledge on other Workday modules like HCM, Absence is preferable.
