Job Description Summary
The Sourcing Finance Manager is an integral part of the Wind Global Supply Chain Finance team helping to track and measure sourcing and product performance of the wind turbine and its components. The candidate will be responsible for implementing financial processes and rigor for sourcing purchasing performance metrics across Wind including for both cost and cash. In addition, they will partner with sourcing operations to understand key drivers and progress toward KPIs.
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Global execution of financial planning and analysis activities, supporting planning, pacing, and closing activities within Global Supply Chain P&L
- Develop and manage cross-functional pacing rhythms and close activities for non-inventoriable Global Supply Chain spend accounts (i.e. Special Charges, Direct Material Scrap, Purchase Price Variance, Logistics, Supplier Advances etc.)
- Analyze cost of goods sold data and supply chain variances to provide critical insights to product cost and financial performance
- Support Global Supply Chain Finance and Wind segment FP&A during annual strategic planning and forecasting cycles to develop aggregate view of global COGS and supply chain variance impacts and timing
- Reconcile, manage, and own the quarterly booking process for FIFO revaluation ensuring compliance with internal and external accounting guidance regarding accuracy and document retention

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a Finance role with supply chain background

- Experience in working with operational or sourcing teams
- A proactive mindset with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and how to operate them. Oracle / SAP preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
The salary range for this position is 124,900.00 - 208,100.00 USD Annual . The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus. Available benefits include Health, Medical, 401K, Paid Leave.
