Responsible for the Strother Overhaul Shop Finance function. Manage team of FP&A and billing analysts at the site. Sits on the leadership team of the site including support of EB level plant leader. Also sits on the ATMRO finance leadership team within Commercial Engines and Services.

Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for all financial aspects of the Strother Kansas Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) shop. Lead the finance function at the site, including FP&A and billing. Indirect leadership for the site controller/accounting leader. Key member of the senior leadership team at the site, supporting all aspects of the operation including partnering with the site leadership to achieve safety, quality, delivery and cost objectives.

Qualified candidate should have expertise in supporting a manufacturing shop, preferably with significant aftermarket activity. Experience supporting a military or government customer a plus. Experience with commercial T&C's and executing on contracts a plus. Candidate is expected to influence the development of strategy for the shop, including control of resources and influences policy formulation.
Communicates difficult concepts to influence the leadership team to take action. Experience with SAP a plus.
Work is subject to finance and controllership functional policies and procedures. Candidate will have demonstrated playing a supportive role in decision making about important subjects at a site or in a business operation. Able to offer new solutions to problems outside of set parameters and is able to construct and provide recommendations. Uses multiple internal and some external sources outside of own function to help arrive at a decision.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college and 10 years of functional finance or controllership experience.

Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
