Join our dynamic team at GE Aerospace as the Finance Leader for the Strother Overhaul Shop. In this pivotal role, you will manage a team of FP&A and billing analysts, and be an integral part of the site's leadership team, supporting the EB level plant leader. Additionally, you will contribute to the ATMRO finance leadership team within Commercial Engines and Services.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial aspects of the Strother Kansas Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) shop.
- Lead the finance function at the site, including FP&A and billing operations.
- Provide indirect leadership for the site controller/accounting leader.
- Act as a key member of the senior leadership team, collaborating with site leadership to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
- Influence the development of strategy for the shop, including resource control and policy formulation.
- Communicate complex concepts to drive action within the leadership team.
- Utilize multiple internal and external sources to inform decision-making processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
- Minimum of 10 years of functional finance or controllership experience.
- Expertise in supporting a manufacturing shop, preferably with significant aftermarket activity.
- Experience with military or government customers is a plus.
- Familiarity with commercial terms and conditions, and contract execution is advantageous.
- Proficiency in SAP is desirable.
