Providing strong financial planning, analysis and reporting of the financials to the Business Line Region & Head quarter as well as Grid HQ. Responsible for driving the financial health of the local company or organization. Driving technical accounting compliance, Ops. Mechanism, financial and operational internal controls.
Job Description
PT SE Trading finance Lead:
- Own the finance activities for the trading subregional scope, (with strong focus on countries of assignment) which includes but not limited to closing, monitoring project and Sales Order creations, backlog reconciliation and analytics, account reconciliation, billing, bank guarantees and reporting results to site and region leadership.
- Lead and coordinate with region on quarterly Project Reviews, reviewing operational performance.
- Ensure consistence communication on the revenue and billing forecast lead by PT HQ, coordinate with local teams and support the region on resolution of disputes (Revenue, CM and billing).
- Provide guidance to team members, and other company departments.
- Mentorship in the development of other team members in the Finance organization
- Review and transform ongoing processes, company bottlenecks, areas of improvement and recommend changes.
- Support for the integration and implementation of new procedures: ITO Order Booking & OTR Billing team
- Analyze financial performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insight to drive improvements.
- Support in the interaction and communication with the region leaders in the forecast, finance reviews etc
- Act as a key Finance leader of the local Legal Entity as required
- Develop relationship with different stakeholders (Leadership team, Operations and other Finance functions)
- Assist management in the formulation of its overall strategic direction.
- Support when required for the timely completion of annual audit and local statutory requirements.
- Interpret and communicate the company's financial results to management, and to non-financial stakeholders (BoD and country directors) recommend improvement activities.
- Determine the company's proper capital structure.

Required Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in similar roles
- In depth knowledge of SAP, Tableau.
- Fluent English and Spanish.
Desired Characteristics
- MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g. CPA, CFA preferred)
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong accounting, analytical, project management, problem-solving & communication skills.
- Ability to anticipate, identify, and resolve complex financial issues.
- Strong team player with ability to work with remote and cross functions and locations/cultural teams.
