What impact you'll make:
In the position of Production Planner, as a member of the Supply Chain team, within the Planning team, your role will be to ensure the release of all direct materials, analyze the materials released via BOM by engineering and coordinate the generation of PRs for the purchasing team, in accordance with the values of Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost and compliance with project delivery objectives.

What you'll do
- Evaluate new projects and their deliverables and develop production orders and/or similar tools in conjunction with the Planner Team to ensure that the entire project scope is captured and executed.
- Ensure that production order and/or similar tools reviews are executed in an agile, punctual and assertive manner.
- Understanding the project structure via kick-off meetings (R3 and IKO).
- Controlling the release of LLBOM/BOM/ECM according to project dates to meet deadlines and SLAs.
- Analysis of items released in the BOM and understanding the project structure to allocate material costs and validate dates with Project Managers and manufacturing.
- Releasing materials from the BOM to the project cost center via CJ20N
- Configuring and registering Part Numbers in SAP® Brazil.
- Releasing purchase requisitions in atypical scenarios (COF, etc.).
- Developing, analyzing and providing reports and graphs to control demand and manage project execution.
- Perform frequent monitoring with the international purchasing and logistics team, ensuring that material delivery dates are met as planned, in addition to suggesting, together with the Planning Leader, alternatives for maintaining the schedule.
- Actively participate in weekly meetings with the manufacturing, purchasing and logistics team, ensuring material needs and monitoring assembly and internal testing.
- Participate in weekly meetings with Project Managers to support the Planning Leader with material delivery status, checking deadlines and critical points throughout the project.
- Provide assertive data and information so that the dates established for the Supply Chain in the project are met, maintaining frequent communication with those responsible for the sectors involved.
- Communicate assertively and proactively with the different departments, seeking alignment of the parties, problem solving and project fulfillment in alignment with the Planning Leader.
- Ensure that all materials are received in advance of the start of assembly to avoid delays.
- Analyze the BOM to generate the picking process.
- Request picking to separate the materials for assembly from what is already in stock.
- Monitor the release of materials with the Warehouse team to ensure that all items are separated and downloaded within the project.
- Create the shipping manifest based on the project BOM, ensuring that the project is packed within what was sold and requested by the customer.
- Identify critical points to mitigate risk without affecting the project.
- Monitor the issuance of the packing list, invoice (for exports) and invoice for shipment to the customer.
- Check the Packing List to ensure the accuracy of the information added by the Warehouse team.
- Confirm project exit dates for OTD metrics and ensure correct data entry into the Tableau system.
- Confirm project material write-off and closeout prior to closeout to ensure all costs have been accounted for and allocated.
- Work closely with the Planning Lead to identify and maintain material KPIs.
- Work closely with the Planning Lead to implement ongoing process improvements.
- Identify opportunities for improvement.
What you'll bring (Basic Qualifications):
- Engineering bachelor's degree
- Relevant experience working with material planning.
- Proven experience working with products, services and suppliers for manufacturing and assembling control panels
- Advanced English required
- Advanced Spanish required
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Advanced and proved experience with ERP System - SAP®
- Advanced and proved experience with Office including MS Project
