GE Vernova 修理工場のリーンリーダーとして、このポジションでは工場および海外チームと連携し、より安全で生産性の高い、より高品質な作業環境を推進するために、グローバル のリーン チームと連携して リーン関連の活動に取り組みます。

このポジションでは、リーン戦略とメトリックの計画と実行を支援し、組織全体のさまざまなレベルにサポートを提供します。リーンツールを使用してプロジェクトのメトリックを戦略目標にリンクし、限られた工場エリアでの使用率を最大化して生産効率を高める役割を担います。

As the Lean Leader of the GE Vernova repair shop, this position will work collaboratively with the factory and international teams, working with the global Lean team on LEAN-related activities to drive safer, more productive, and higher quality work environments.

This role will assist in the planning and execution of the Lean strategy and metrics, providing support to various levels throughout the organization. This will ensure efficient production by using Lean tools to link project metrics to strategic objectives and maximizing utilization in limited factory areas.

• 組織の思考と行動に影響を与える方法で、継続的改善方法論のベストプラクティスを開発し、伝達する。
• ボトルネックを特定し、無駄を排除するために、バリューストリームマッピング、プロセスフロー、ラインバランシングの研究をリードする。
• 品質、生産、事務処理フロー、製品フロー、廃棄物管理を含む製造プロセスのポリシーと手順を開発し、作成する。
• リーン委員会の会議を調整し、促進する。
• リーン活動の主要な指標を追跡し、報告する。

• Track and update project milestones and help to identify and resolve issues,
• Provide associates a good understanding of Lean tools and processes,
• Ensure that project teams apply appropriate Lean tools and techniques,
• Collect and analyze process data, help identify solutions, and implement improvements,
• Link Lean activities to the business objectives and develop transformation plans in collaboration with site project teams,
• Develop and communicate of best practices for continuous improvement methodology in a manner that influences organizational thought and behavior,
• Lead value stream mapping, process flow and line balancing studies to identify bottlenecks and eliminate waste,
• Develop and write policies and procedures for manufacturing processes, includes quality, production, paperwork flow, product flow and waste control,
• Coordinate and facilitate Lean committee meetings,
• Track and report key metrics on lean activities.

• 英語：中級 (読み書き及びコミュニケーションが可能な方・TOEIC700点以上目安)
• 日本語能力レベルN2-N1または同等程度
• 工場での製造プロセスに関する実務経験2年以上
• 以前の経験一般的な業界環境
• Microsoft Word、Microsoft Teams、Excel、Outlook、Power Pointに精通
• 対人関係および人事管理スキルの実証
• 規制コンプライアンスおよびすべての日本機関の要件に関する実務知識

• Ability to communicate/read/write in English (TOEIC 700pts or above)
• Japanese language proficiency level N2-N1 or equivalent
• A minimum of 2 years' work experience in EHS execution at factory
• Previous experience general industry environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Teams, Excel, Outlook, Power Point.
• Demonstrated interpersonal relations and personnel management skills
• Working knowledge in regulatory compliance, as well as all Japanese (local) agencies and Authorities requirements
