As a Sr Staff Systems Engineer - Low Pressure (LP) Module Leader, you will play a pivotal role in turbomachinery integration for LP modules, handling requirements generation, product integration, and validation activities. This on-site role in Cincinnati involves working cross-functionally to achieve maximum performance and operability.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead turbomachinery integration of Low Pressure (LP) modules for all rigs and demonstrations.
- Own requirements generation and quality for Low Pressure (LP) modules.
- Manage product and systems requirements, specifications, and flow-down.
- Drive validation and verification activities, including system level testing.
- Define product requirements for modules, components, subcontractors, and partners.
- Manage the interface between components and execution organizations.
- Drive CTQ/Risk trades within teams designing the components.
- Manage overall product configuration and configuration control systems.
The Ideal Candidate: A strategic leader with specialized knowledge in systems engineering and/or turbomachinery design, excellent judgment, and the ability to manage complex projects and influence policy formulation. The ideal candidate should be curious, passionate, and eager to drive innovation in the aerospace industry.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university or college.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Systems Engineering and/or Turbomachinery Design.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master's degree in engineering.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects.
- Project management skills.
