Are you passionate about Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP? Do you have a knack for leading complex projects and collaborating with diverse teams? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! As the Sr Staff Enterprise Architect, you will lead multiple Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP projects, guiding them from start to finish.
You will use your in-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and specialized architecture areas to drive project success. You will be responsible for working closely with various stakeholders to define and implement Oracle Cloud SAAS solutions and extension while ensuring our cloud-based systems are scalable, secure, and high-performing.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of solutions for business requirements in the Oracle Fusion SAAS Supply Chain Management space.
  • Effectively monitor and control costs in the organization
  • Lead and coordinate the domain, technical and business discussions relative to future Oracle Cloud Fusion SCM architecture direction across the product portfolio or product line.
  • Analyze, design and develop a roadmap and implementation plan based upon a current vs. future state in a cohesive architecture viewpoint.
  • Review and/or analyze and develop architectural requirements and solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Participates in the enterprise architecture domain governance model.
  • Lead the research and evaluation of emerging technology, industry and market trends to assist in project development and/or operational support actives.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from accredited university or college with minimum of 5 years of professional experience OR associate's degree with minimum of 8 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 10 years of professional experience
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Computer Science or "STEM" Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
  • Multiple Full cycle implementations using Oracle Fusion SAAS with a minimum of 3 years of Oracle Fusion SAAS experience.
  • Deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, and SCM including configuration, customization, and integration
  • Proficiency in Oracle Fusion SAAS configuration choices for SCM and Procurement and related cost implications
  • Experience with complex solution configurations and integration with 3rd party apps.
  • Knowledgeable of full range of solution catalog including Oracle OIC, PAAS extensions using Oracle Autonomous Database and VBCS.
  • Experience sustaining operational stability through various life cycle phases (planning, implementation, steady state, de-commissioning).
  • Ability to provision and budget via capital and operating.
  • Ability to lead early-stage customer interactions; Guide customers as they develop confidence and comfort with approaches and integrate with their legacy tech investments.
  • Note: Military experience is equivalent to professional experience

  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to influence and build consensus with other Information Technology (IT) teams and leadership.
