Responsible for definition, maintenance, and continuous improvement of PM Processes.
Lead PM Tools development and timely integration with new IT Company Strategy.
Translate program data across the business into information to help the PM Leadership team maintain visibility and control across programs.

Lead Program Management (PM) Workstreams for Mechatronic products versus new Company Strategy.
Lead cross-functional team to:
- identify new improvement areas
- collect & analyze stakeholders requirements (Internal & External)
- define and deploy an improvement plan
- define new standards / new process
- evaluate impact versus IPM KPIs
- train people and monitor their adherence to the standard.

Deploy initiative to make Program Management tools more agile, and interconnected with other systems and functions.
Collect stakeholders' requirements and lead new capabilities development.
Translate program data across the business into information to help the PM Leadership team maintain visibility and control across programs.
Support data collection to keep IPM KPIs updated, lead data analysis, and lead systemic root cause analysis with a cross-functional team in case of recurring issues.
Education/Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or above in either Engineering or Project Management, or related work experience.
- Six Sigma GB must be certified.
- BB or Lean Expert will be a plus.
- PMP certification is a plus.
Experience
- Thorough knowledge of Project Management and the Automotive Industry.
- 5+ years of work experience in automotive.
- 3+ years in Project Management role.
- Experience in a Continuous Improvement Role is a plus.
Skills and Knowledge
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge/experience in program management

The Garrett Customer Management organization is responsible for developing and driving positive relationships with customers at a local, and ultimately, global level.
