Summary:
The " Process Engineer " will be based in Baoan, Shenzhen reporting to Senior Process Engineering Manager, it is in charge for process-engineering capabilities focused on cost, quality and delivery improvements in order to hold up a manufacturing organization.
What a typical day looks like( 岗位职责):
1. 执行和评估新产品的可制造性和工艺
2. 执行试验设计(DOE)及作出统计分析
3. 评估和监督新工艺设备性能
4. 编写工艺和工艺设备的认证协议, 含设置过程参数
5. 解决工艺相关问题和改进生产工艺
6. 对新产品和现有产品实施统计过程分析
7. 在新技术转让期间, 协助生产人员的培训
8. 按要求编写新设备维护指引
The experience we're looking to add to our team(岗位要求):
1.熟悉线路板组装(PCBA), 有机械原理和电气控制相关知识背景
2.3年以上表面贴装技术(SMT)或者成品组装(Box Build)相关的工艺工作经验
3.本科以上学历,英语良好,熟悉AutoCAD, Minitab, SolidWorks等软件
4.有医疗产品经验者优先
