Pay Range: $77,000 - $92,500, based on experience
Full Range: $77,000 - $100,250
Classification: Full-time, Exempt

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage 20-30 client relationships (AUM $0-$5 million) within Retirement Services. This includes serving as the primary day-to-day employer contact, communicating with a variety of external partners, and assuming ownership for creating and maintaining successful working relationships.
  • Overall coordination responsibility for the plan’s operation to ensure work performed is in compliance with governmental and/or plan document requirements and meets quality standards.
  • Lead client investment committee meetings.
  • Create materials for all client quarterly meetings for SVP & VP Relationship Managers.
  • Perform quarterly fee benchmarking and Request for Proposals for their clients every 3-5 years.
  • Review the plan design annually
  • Develop and lead group and 1:1 education meetings for their clients as well as for SVP &VP Relationship Managers.
  • Partner effectively and professionally with internal resources/teams in the process of researching issues and developing servicing action plans.
  • Build and maintain knowledge on vendor products and features, processes and procedures and industry/regulatory changes.
  • Assist in developing fee and service proposals for prospects.
  • Know and comply with all Company policies set forth on the Company’s Intranet;
  • Review Associate Handbook and Company Policies annually, as prescribed by Human Capital;
  • Complete and Comply with the Companies Code of Ethics and Conflict of Interest Questionnaire and Policy Acknowledgement;
  • Complete all assigned training on time.

3-5 years, Have used Microsoft Office programs, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Publisher. As well as Adobe Pro, Zoom, Teams and Webex, Required
1-3 years, Retirement Services Call center experience,  Preferred
