Senior Manager - Wealth Solutions Finance

This Senior Manager, Finance role is a member of the Fidelity Wealth Solutions Finance team. The role will support the Fidelity Insurance Agency (FIA) and Retirement Product Areas under the Wealth Solutions Domain to provide a broad range of analytics, financial management, and strategic business partner support to measure and evaluate the financial performance as well as opportunities for future growth of the organization.

The Expertise You Have

  • 6+ years of professional experience in Finance with a successful track record in financial modeling and analysis
  • Strong analytical, communication, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving capabilities. Advanced experience with various software applications.
  • Takes initiative and seeks creative solutions that challenge conventional approaches.
  • Builds and maintains business partner relationships with leaders of our business.
  • Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent; MBA or advanced degree a plus.

Responsibilities Include

  • Lead FP&A activities (strategic and multi-year planning, budgeting, and forecasting) for FIA.
  • Help drive growth of ~$2T Fidelity Retail Retirement business through leading business measurement planning, reporting, and analysis as well as related strategic project work.
  • Support across FW business performance Solutions processes, including the evolution of Objectives and important metrics, scorecards, etc.
  • Developing illuminating customer analytics and insightful business results and performance.
