A technically savvy video and broadcast producer who understands the value of modern content and learn marketing experiences, platforms/format to drive deeper customer/prospect engagement with Fidelity.
The Senior Manager, webinar channel marketing role focuses primarily on livestream and on-demand video/webinar programming, program planning, technical knowledge for online broadcasts and platforms as well as marketing acumen and project management. Having experience in video, live broadcast and podcast pre and post production, editing is a plus. The role is tasked to guide, organize, and elevate the experience, content and production of educational videos/webinars in partnership with Fidelity's content, marketing and business teams. The position is part of the Owned Channel Marketing Group.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Channel experience in building content marketing programs to drive engagement and business results through livestream and on-demand video platforms.
- Knowledge of online broadcast platforms and how to apply them to scale engagement and build effective end-to-end experiences. (Vimeo/Livestream Studio, vMix, OBS, Splash, preferred)
- Skills needed to produce engaging live virtual events and recorded videos including video editing and general knowledge of graphic design. Experience with Adobe Premier, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects and Animate a plus.
- Skills needed to manage event registration experience from event overviews, to confirmation, to reminder and post event follow up communications.
- Collaborate with colleagues and peers to create effective, visually engaging work and ensure modern and efficient production practices, processes and protocols are followed on all productions
- Uphold best practices for content learning for livestream and on-demand video, across multiple viewing platforms including .com experiences, YouTube and other social channels. This includes short and long-form content.
- Lead all aspects of production cycle from beginning to end including financial and production planning and arrangement for all pre- and post-production resources and deliverables. Able to be hands-on and manage the full production.
- Provide production, creative and content guidance to colleagues throughout the production cycle
- Direct studio and location shoots; off-line and on-line edit sessions, audio recording, editing and mixing sessions, and other production sessions, as required
- Experience using data and customer insights to drive meaningful programs that strengthen relationships with customers.
- Ability to articulate channel and program recommendations using a data first approach that drives value for Fidelity and our clients/prospects.
- Web publishing experience (Tridion, Java, HTML) or web design knowledge preferred.
- Knowledge of the financial services industry and regulatory environment a plus.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation skills, and comfortable working with a large group in-person and remotely.
- Capable of managing multiple initiatives and programs at any given time.
- Ability to develop an understanding of what information matters to Fidelity clients, prospects and leadership, and to stay on top of changing project objectives and needs.
- Experience managing the legal and retention requirements of a financial firm is a plus.
- A talent to thrive in a fast-paced environment and easily adapt to change.
- Adept at preparing and delivering recommendations, marketing plans, program measurement results and presentations to Senior Leadership
Role Requirements
- Bachelors or equivalent with 7+ years of video production, broadcasting, and marketing content development experience.
- Applies advanced knowledge of concepts, theories, and practices of production/technical discipline. Has an understanding in production operations (livestream and on-demand) and how to develop effective video and webinar programs. Has experience working with the various production and online technologies needed to operate an efficient production.
- Leads dedicated projects/work activities with functional/divisional impact. Makes business decisions that typically have immediate impact on multiple work/project groups.
- Proactively solves a variety of problems, typically of complex scope with minimal reference to established policies and procedures.
- Provides complex analysis and advice to creative, marketing and business teams and division/functional management. Uses data in real time to influence outcomes and enhance the program offering.
- Makes decisions based on theory or concepts when solving problems of highly complex or technical nature.
- Provides leadership and general direction to work/project/process team(s). Identifies capabilities required within team and develops plan to reduce gaps.
- Monitors and manages creative and production resources for multiple work/project groups.
- Works across teams and levels to develop productive relationships and create a collaborative working model for the programs you manage and the teams/businesses those programs support.

We are part of a client-obsessed Owned Channel Marketing Team which drives business outcomes for the organization through an integrated, multi-discipline marketing approach that relies on learning and experimentation to evolve our go-to-market strategies in a cost-efficient manner. This team works across the Fidelity organization, including but not limited to: product and marketing teams, creative production, technology, measurement and analytics, and channel marketing colleagues.
