Director, Project Management & Controls
This Director serves as a key member of the Real Estate Finance Team, you will play a critical role in driving excellence.
Success for the Director will be multifaceted, encompassing both quantitative and qualitative achievements. The director will manage the Project Controls Team, supporting Real Estate Projects for both Corporate and Wealth projects. This role is crucial for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
The director will manage a team of project controls professionals and work closely with other functions within Real Estate to monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions when needed. You'll work closely with cross-functional partners, providing strategic insights, analysis, and guidance. Your ability to be proactive, analytical, and collaborative will be essential in ensuring the success of our initiatives.

The Expertise We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent with 8+ years of experience; MBA preferred.
- Strong analytical and strategic skills combined with solid business and financial acumen.
- Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to influence senior business leaders.
- Proven analytical and organizational skills, with strong accountability.
- Demonstrated ability to work on competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding and optimizing Project Controls processes and systems.
- Experience with project management of real estate projects and financials.
- Proven ability to formulate strategic partnerships and negotiate effectively to drive business growth and enhance product offerings.
- Experience in leading controls assessments.
