The Role
As the Director, Business Solutions - Intake & Planning, you will work as part of the Business Solutions team within the Marketing Domains' Strategy and Operations organization.
This role will manage the Marketing Technology intake process, ensuring proper routing to the appropriate Business Solutions or Marketing Technology platform teams, and providing transparency into the pipeline of work. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a comprehensive intake process, this includes defining and optimizing intake procedures to capture, assess, and prioritize business requests across marketing domains and technology functions. You will ensure that requests align with business strategies and act as the central point for guiding these requests through triage, approval, routing, and delivery. Your leadership will be critical in translating marketing needs into actionable technology solutions, driving strategic alignment and collaboration across teams.

In this individual contributor role, you will host regular triage meetings to ensure work is appropriately prioritized, assigned, and tracked, providing visibility into progress and status to stakeholders. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver effective outcomes, while maintaining a clear, efficient process that adapts to evolving business needs. Additionally, you will manage reporting on intake volume, work distribution, and key metrics that ensure strategic alignment with business goals. This will be a high paced matrixed work environment and working to drive clarity, status and have experience working in a matrixed high pace environment.
Your ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels and adapt to changing business priorities will be a big part of your success. This will require regular collaboration with internal business partners within the marketing and technology domains.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Bachelor's Degree, 8-10+ years in a marketing technology role.
- Demonstrated framework thinker
- Ability to influence teams to create clear and standardized documentation
- Self-directed with strong facilitation skills that empower cross-functional teams by planning and prioritizing work, providing clear direction, and maintaining clear communications with team members and partners.
- Anticipates, and works to eliminate or minimize, potential challenges and issues
- Adept at problem solving and have a keen interest in finding and sharing process efficiencies
- Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills
- Experience leading people
