The Training Coordinator is responsible for organizing, scheduling, and supporting training programs that enhance associate skills, ensure compliance, and improve operational efficiency. The role involves coordinating training logistics, maintaining records, and assisting in the development of training materials for various departments, including warehouse operations, sales, customer service, and logistics.

1. Training Coordination & Scheduling:
- Organize and schedule training sessions for associates across multiple departments and shifts.
- Coordinate with trainers, managers, and external training providers to ensure smooth execution of training programs.
- Ensure new associates receive timely onboarding and job-specific training.

- Maintain accurate training records, certifications, and attendance logs.
- Track training completion and ensure associates stay up to date on required certifications (e.g., OSHA, forklift operation).
- Assist in preparing compliance reports and ensuring adherence to industry regulations.
- Assist in the creation, updating and distributions of training materials, manuals, and presentations.
- Support trainers in setting up training rooms, equipment, and resources for in-person and virtual sessions.
- Act as a point of contact for associates regarding training-related inquires.
- Collect feedback from trainees and trainers to improve future training sessions.
- Help monitor associate progress and identify additional training needs.
- Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) or other training platforms to track participation and progress.
- Generate reports on training completion rates, effectiveness, and areas for improvement.
- Educations: High School diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree in business, HR or related field preferred.
- Experience: 1-3 Years of experience in training coordination, HR or administrative roles, preferably in a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and training software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple training schedules.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, safety regulations, or compliance training is a plus.
- Office-based with occasional visits to warehouse or training areas.
- May require flexibility in scheduling to support training across different shifts.
- Collaboration with HR, operations, and management teams.
