Our client, a leader in the automotive industry, is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to join their team. As an Engineering Project Manager, you will be part of a dynamic group supporting innovative automotive testing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a positive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Manage and secure that all activities for verification and validation of features and vehicle regulations are identified, planned, optimized, and completed.
  • Deliver project requirements with Quality, on-time Delivery, maintain Cost, and fulfill vehicle Feature targets (QDCF).
  • Manage all incoming test requests through a risk management approach, with support of Feature Engineers.
  • Define test plan prioritization and proactively communicate project risks.
  • Lead feature reviews and report feature fulfillment, verification, and validation status to the project team.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (Masters preferred).
  • 8+ years of project management experience (automotive industry preferred).
  • PMP Certification.
  • Quality tool skills (Risk analysis, FMEA, Project Assurance quality).
  • Experience with DVP and Agile methodology.
