Responsibilities:
  1. Change Management:
    • Oversee Change Processes: Manage and coordinate all activities related to change management, ensuring compliance with ITIL standards.
    • Evaluate Change Requests: Assess the impact, risk, and benefits of proposed changes.
    • Change Implementation: Plan, schedule, and oversee the implementation of changes to minimize disruption.
    • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all change requests and their outcomes.
  2. System Management:
    • System Monitoring: Continuously monitor system performance and availability.
    • Incident Management: Respond to and resolve system incidents promptly.
    • Configuration Management: Maintain an accurate record of system configurations and changes.
  3. ITIL Process Adherence:
    • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve ITIL processes and implement best practices.
    • Training and Support: Provide training and support to staff on ITIL processes and tools.
    • Compliance: Ensure all IT activities comply with ITIL standards and organizational policies.
  4. Collaboration and Communication:
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure changes align with business objectives.
    • Reporting: Generate and present reports on change management activities and system performance.
    • Team Coordination: Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of changes.
  5. Risk Management:
    • Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments for proposed changes and develop mitigation strategies.
    • Contingency Planning: Develop and maintain contingency plans for critical systems.

Tool and Technologies:
  1. Hands on experience on Servicenow as a users
  2. Practice ITIL processes, certification is a plus
  3. Exposure to Risk management tools like Archer, Wiz, etc.,
  4. Exposure to Splunk or BI tools for reports

  • Atleast 5 years of Working experience as system Analyst, who can demonstrate ITIL practices and processes
