- 6+ years of authoring or collaborating on business requirements documents or functional specifications
- 2+ years of background in managing technical delivery or software development projects
- 2+ years of experience working on complex, high-load projects
- Competency in discovery phases of projects, including gathering and analyzing high-level business requirements
- Know-how in data migration projects, with a basic understanding of load balancing, data lakes, and large-scale data processing
- Deep knowledge of the requirements lifecycle (elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation, and management) and the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Ability to influence stakeholders and cooperate with them to determine acceptable solutions
- Skills in creating detailed reports, giving presentations, and developing user stories, mockups, and diagrams
- Experience leading and developing top-performing teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications and familiarity with task management tools
- Knowledge of Scrum methodologies and agile project management practices
- Readiness to work until 7–8 PM CET

Responsibilities
- Work closely with management and clients to prioritize business needs
- Identify business opportunities and provide creative solutions to complex problems
- Write software functional specifications, including use cases, mockups, and diagrams
- Prototype user interfaces and algorithms of the system behavior
- Interact with the development team to discuss and clarify the requirements during the project implementation
- Pass specifications (User Stories) to developers, make sure they understand everything without missing details
- Act as the primary source of information about the product at all stages
