We are looking for an experienced Lead Business Analyst to join our growing team and help drive new opportunities in various business domains. In this role, you will work with clients from all over the globe, setting up a business analysis approach on projects of different scales and complexity, driving the BA team, and sharing BA best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Set strategic priorities and align project objectives
  • Conduct interviews to gather and analyze requirements, utilizing techniques like user story mapping and use case modeling
  • Communicate project updates and drive decision-making and conflict resolution
  • Prioritize and manage backlogs with story mapping, impact mapping, and MoSCoW methods, utilizing tools such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps
  • Mentor team members in best practices and techniques of Business Analysis
  • Analyze data and create visual reports with Tableau, Power BI or Excel
  • Optimize project efficiency using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
  • Evaluate and adjust implemented solutions as necessary

  • 6+ years of Business Analyst experience, with a track record in project strategy, stakeholder management and leading BA teams
  • Proficiency in documenting various types of requirements and planning business analysis strategies
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SAFe) and adapting BA practices accordingly
  • Proven ability to facilitate stakeholder communication across different levels through workshops and meetings
  • Expertise in managing BA project lifecycles and mentoring BAs
  • Skills in estimating efforts and developing models for better understanding
  • Advanced knowledge of at least one requirements management tool (Jira, Target Process, Rally)
  • C1 English level, both verbal and written
