Responsibilities
- Lead the Business Analysis team in achieving project goals
- Oversee cloud migration efforts and collaboration with stakeholders
- Drive transformation projects to increase productivity
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders and vendors for milestones
- Manage multiple tasks ensuring client-centric project deliverables
- Conduct meetings with client managers and development teams
- Act as a project driver by pitching ideas and owning outcomes
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Business Analysis
- Proficient understanding of Power and Utilities domain
- Experience in managing conflicting stakeholder expectations
- Expertise in change management and infrastructure adaptation

- Proven track record in risk management
- Ability to make data-driven decisions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Greek for stakeholder engagement
- Experience with cloud technologies and migration strategies
