O que você fará:

- Resolve problemas de rede e faltas de energia e fornece suporte de Rede de Nível 1;

- Trabalha de forma ativa para realizar monitoramento de redes e criar soluções que permitam um monitoramento de redes proativo;

- Fornece feedback e edita listas de verificação publicadas para a triagem L1;
- Monitora dispositivos de redes, integridade de software e verificações de integridade das ferramentas de redes;

- Monitora as ferramentas de redes e relata qualquer interrupção de dispositivos ou de software, priorizando os problemas;

- Cria e relata tíquetes para eventos e incidentes;

- Realiza o desempenho do Serviço de Rede para tíquetes de cota a transacionais em dinheiro para todos os produtos da rede e de data centers (Interconexões, DCIM, etc.).

O que você precisa ter:

- Ensino superior completo em Redes de Computadores, Tecnologia da Informação ou similar;

- Experiência prévia na área de NOC ou Suporte Técnico com foco em Redes, Protocolo TCP/IP e Backbone IP.

- Domínio de Inglês a nível intermediário para leitura, escrita e conversação;

- Disponibilidade para trabalhar na escala de 7:30 às 16:30

- Boa capacidade de comunicação, relacionamento e raciocínio lógico.

- Certificações CCNA e ou CCNP ou JNCIA.

O que será um diferencial se você tiver:

- Experiência com atendimento bilíngue na região da América Latina;

- Domínio de Espanhol a nível intermediário para leitura, escrita e conversação.
