Responsibilities

Perform strategic planning and training
Align hiring and training with business demands
Execute comprehensive training programs
Maintain and manage reports and statistics
Be in charge of training delivery and resource management
Ensure the availability of qualified mentors and trainers
Oversee student onboarding, performance tracking, and certification processes
Manage the process of student enrollment
Supervise the transition from hiring to project placement
Engage in event & marketing management
Plan and execute training events and marketing campaigns
Represent the campus at industry-specific events

Experience in training, talent development, or education management
Proficiency in strategic planning, organizational, and leadership skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
Background in IT, engineering, or a related field
English language proficiency at B2 level or above
