Senior Payroll Accountant

Join EPAM as a Senior Payroll Accountant. In this role, you'll handle payroll for certain EPAM subsidiaries in LatAm and perform respective US GAAP bookkeeping of payroll-related activities. If you have a high economic education in Finance/Accounting, 3-5 years of experience as a Senior Payroll Accountant, and excellent MS Office skills, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Handling of payroll for certain EPAM subsidiaries in LatAm and respective US GAAP bookkeeping of payroll-related activities
  • Analysis and reconciliation of payroll through all internal systems
  • Investigation of complicated payroll cases
  • Cross-functional work with other departments
  • Dealing with audit requests and participating in regular meetings with external and internal auditors

  • High economic education (Finance/Accounting)
  • Minimum 3-5 years of working experience as Senior Payroll Accountant (or higher)/ Senior Payroll Specialist/Auditor (incl. payroll)
  • Intermediate English level at least
  • Excellent MS office skills, especially Excel
  • Working experience with ERP systems (SAP is an advantage)
