Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of digital content strategies across email, web communications, SMS, and other digital platforms
- Modify and optimize content to enhance engagement and drive A/B testing initiatives
- Oversee HTML coding and mobile-responsive design best practices
- Develop and refine messaging strategies using existing templates and custom implementations
- Design, execute, and analyze tests to inform content improvements and drive conversions
- Partner with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless campaign execution
- Conduct thorough QA reviews to maintain high content quality and accuracy
- Extract, compile, and interpret campaign performance data to optimize engagement strategies
- Utilize liquid code for advanced personalization and audience targeting
- 3+ years of extensive experience in digital content creation and campaign execution
- Advanced HTML skills with strong knowledge of mobile-responsive design
- Proficiency in managing email and app notification platforms, including campaign setup, segmentation, personalization, and automation
- Expertise in Cordial, Braze, or similar cross-channel marketing and customer engagement platforms
- Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and provide actionable insights
- Proficiency in working with spreadsheets and creating comprehensive presentations
- Technically adept with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize content-related issues
- Highly detail-oriented with exceptional quality assurance abilities
- English level B2+
