Responsibilities
- Lead the design of end-to-end Salesforce solutions ensuring scalability, efficiency, and alignment with business requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications and architectural designs
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards
- Design and implement integration solutions with other systems to ensure data integrity and seamless interoperability
- Establish governance frameworks to ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies
- Analyze and optimize the performance of Salesforce solutions, recommending enhancements where necessary
- Create and maintain detailed architectural documentation, including design diagrams, API specifications, and integration workflows
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and implementation, with a proven track record of leading global projects
- Highly desirable Salesforce Architect certifications such as Technical Architect or Application Architect
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce products including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components
- Showcase of Salesforce API expertise
- Familiarity with integration tools and platforms such as MuleSoft and Informatica
- Experience with REST/SOAP web services
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong analytical mindset
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence is a plus
- Prior experience working in a global environment with diverse teams and stakeholders is preferred
