As Salesforce Solution Architect, you'll be helping in setting up the Salesforce Center of Excellence for our client, covering the following areas:
- Technology Strategy, incl. Reference Salesforce Architecture, Frameworks and Tools Selections, Shared Components Reuse Strategy, Salesforce Integration & Automation Strategy, DevTestSecOps Strategy, etc.

Responsibilities
  • Customize and manage the Salesforce platform, considering its limitations and complexity
  • Regularly liaise with client managers and development teams to ensure project alignment
  • Collaborate closely with end users and stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives
  • Lead large teams of developers and technical professionals in delivering solutions
  • Provide educational sessions to technology departments on new frameworks and best practices
  • Oversee technological risks and coordinate ongoing activities for smooth IT operations
  • Design an information technology roadmap in line with business requirements
  • Promote solution designs and effectively communicate them to the customer
  • Demonstrate strong client-centricity and ensure all deliverables meet their expectations
  • Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively communicate complex technical concepts
  • Maintain stress resistance and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Facilitate a feature factory environment by continuously delivering new functionalities and improvements
  • Provide ongoing support and make enhancements during the maintenance phase
  • Drive optimization and refactoring efforts to improve system performance and efficiency
Requirements
  • Extensive experience and expertise in Salesforce platform, including Salesforce Apex, Automation Processes, Salesforce DevOps, Salesforce Integration
  • Strong understanding of the telecommunications domain
  • Excellent communication skills in English (B2+/C1)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Client-centric approach and ability to effectively engage with stakeholders
