Responsibilities
- Customize and manage the Salesforce platform, considering its limitations and complexity
- Regularly liaise with client managers and development teams to ensure project alignment
- Collaborate closely with end users and stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives
- Lead large teams of developers and technical professionals in delivering solutions
- Provide educational sessions to technology departments on new frameworks and best practices
- Oversee technological risks and coordinate ongoing activities for smooth IT operations
- Design an information technology roadmap in line with business requirements
- Promote solution designs and effectively communicate them to the customer
- Demonstrate strong client-centricity and ensure all deliverables meet their expectations
- Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively communicate complex technical concepts
- Maintain stress resistance and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Facilitate a feature factory environment by continuously delivering new functionalities and improvements
- Provide ongoing support and make enhancements during the maintenance phase
- Drive optimization and refactoring efforts to improve system performance and efficiency
- Extensive experience and expertise in Salesforce platform, including Salesforce Apex, Automation Processes, Salesforce DevOps, Salesforce Integration
- Strong understanding of the telecommunications domain
- Excellent communication skills in English (B2+/C1)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
