We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect I to lead our global Salesforce implementation project.
This role will involve designing and implementing scalable solutions that align with business goals and enhance user experience. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, best practices, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of end-to-end Salesforce solutions ensuring scalability, efficiency, and alignment with business requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications and architectural designs
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards
• Design and implement integration solutions with other systems to ensure data integrity and seamless interoperability
• Establish governance frameworks to ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies
• Analyze and optimize the performance of Salesforce solutions, recommending enhancements where necessary
• Create and maintain detailed architectural documentation, including design diagrams, API specifications, and integration workflows

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and implementation, with a proven track record of leading global projects
• Highly desirable Salesforce Architect certifications such as Technical Architect or Application Architect
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce products including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components
• Showcase of Salesforce API expertise
• Familiarity with integration tools and platforms such as MuleSoft and Informatica
• Experience with REST/SOAP web services
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong analytical mindset
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence is a plus
• Prior experience working in a global environment with diverse teams and stakeholders is preferred
