In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions as you oversee all aspects of the quality assurance process, from test automation development to strategic execution across multiple projects.

Responsibilities
- Quality Assurance Oversight: Ensure the highest quality and strict adherence to testing phase requirements throughout the lifecycle of the project
- Test Automation Development: Design, plan, execute, and maintain automation scripts, frameworks, and harnesses
- Metrics and Reporting: Establish test objectives, metrics, and critical success factors consistent with business goals Efficiently manage, track, and report all defects and issues throughout the testing process
- Leadership: Provide guidance and leadership to QA team members (20-30 people) to achieve quality objectives Develop and implement testing estimation and planning strategies across multiple projects
- Strategic Execution: Work closely with both business and IT teams to develop and execute test strategies and detailed plans

- Mandatory Experience in Healthcare Systems: Candidates must possess a profound understanding of the end-to-end flow for Healthcare Payer and Provider claims administration systems, specifically around Provider, Claims, and Enrollment Profiles lacking this experience will not be considered
- Healthcare Regulations Knowledge: An in-depth understanding of Medicare Advantage is essential
- Quality Assurance Proficiency: Strong knowledge of QA principles, methodologies, and techniques is required to ensure the highest quality of the software Experience in defect management, SDLC methodologies, test automation principles, frameworks, and tools are crucial
- Agile Environment: Proven ability to execute test plans, record results, and report defects in an Agile working environment Capable of creating and executing test cases based on identified system requirements to support In-Sprint user stories
- Problem Solving: Should take the lead on identifying and solving complex software problems and addressing technical defects as escalated by team members
