Responsibilities
- Track and manage gaming hardware distribution across Argentina and Colombia locations
- Contribute to optimizing supporting processes to achieve project goals
- Support onboarding of new team members across all stages
- Collaborate with Delivery, Account, HR, IT, and other functions
- Interface directly with client representatives regarding project duties
- Participate in coordinating audit and certification preparation activities
- Assist in documenting processes and procedures for internal use
- Facilitate communication among team members to streamline operations
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure adherence
- Provide administrative support to the leadership team as needed
- Experience in project administration of at least 1 year
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at an advanced level
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Familiarity with project management tools is a plus
