We are seeking a Project Administrator to join our internal team.

Responsibilities
  • Track and manage gaming hardware distribution across Argentina and Colombia locations
  • Contribute to optimizing supporting processes to achieve project goals
  • Support onboarding of new team members across all stages
  • Collaborate with Delivery, Account, HR, IT, and other functions
  • Interface directly with client representatives regarding project duties
  • Participate in coordinating audit and certification preparation activities
  • Assist in documenting processes and procedures for internal use
  • Facilitate communication among team members to streamline operations
  • Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure adherence
  • Provide administrative support to the leadership team as needed
Requirements
  • Experience in project administration of at least 1 year
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at an advanced level
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Familiarity with project management tools is a plus
