Responsibilities
- Track gaming hardware distribution across Argentina and Colombia locations
- Optimize supporting processes to accomplish project goals
- Facilitate onboarding of new team members across all stages
- Collaborate with Delivery, Account, HR, IT, and other teams
- Maintain direct communication with client representatives regarding project duties
- Coordinate audit and certification preparation activities
- Document processes and procedures for internal use
- Promote communication among team members to improve operational efficiency
- Ensure timelines and deliverables are met during project execution
- Offer administrative assistance to the leadership team as required
- At least 2 years of experience in project administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at an advanced level
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Adaptability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Hands-on experience with project management tools
